Consultations:
We begin with a consultation of your home's interior and exterior. We will evaluate the current condition, from traffic flow, clutter, accessories, furnishings and colour. We then provide the homeowner with a complete check list of work that will need to be done. The initial consultation takes approximately 2 hours, depending on the size of your home. As the homeowner you will decide to either do the work yourself or have Simply Put do the work for you.
Staging of Lived-in Homes:
After the consultation and the outlined recommendations have been completed, Simply Put can finalize the staging process by "showcasing" your home's features. We work with your existing furniture, accessories and artwork. If required, various decorative items are available for rent. Each room's function, focal point, furniture placement and traffic flow is assessed to ensure optimal presentation to buyers. As each home varies, quotes are given during the consultation.

Staging of Vacant Homes:
Statistics show that vacant homes sell 80% faster when showcased with furnishings! When a property is empty it can be difficult for potential buyers to visualize the house as their future home. Through the rental of furniture and accessories, an empty space is transformed into a welcoming and inviting home that will attract more buyers. Simply Put will prepare a detailed quote for review.

Need help setting up your new home? Not sure how to arrange your furniture or where to hang your artwork? Why not stage your new space! Simply Put can help with furniture arrangements,
placement of accessories and artwork, paint colour selections or any other decorating questions you may have.
One Day Redecorating:
Are you unhappy or bored with rooms in your home? Or is there a room you just haven't been able to get "just right". Simply Put will work with the existing furnishings in your home to create the look and feel you are after. Redecorating your home may involve rearranging or relocating furniture and accessories, editing and/or de-cluttering to bring out a room's full potential. New paint colours, fabrics and flooring may also be suggested.
Organization:
If your downsizing or one who likes to keep everything or just not sure what to do with all that stuff, this service is for you. Simply Put will come in and provide solutions to your needs. We will organize homes, home offices, garages and attics! Having an organized home creates a peaceful and stress-free atmosphere for you and your family.
